1. Who is responsible for your data

The website itaalia.disaier.ee is run by Disaier OÜ (registry code 17257832, Rüütli tn 39, Pärnu, Estonia). For data protection questions, write to info@disaier.ee.

2. What data we collect

When you send the enquiry form, we receive the details you enter:

• name and email address;
• phone number, if you add it;
• budget and the languages you can communicate in;
• listing link and message;
• your consent and the time of the enquiry.

If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.

3. How we use your data

• We reply to your enquiry.
• We forward your enquiry to our partner Casa Sole so they can contact you.
• We keep a record of enquiries to perform the cooperation agreement between Disaier OÜ and Casa Sole.

The legal basis is the consent you give when sending the form (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and your request for information about the service (Art. 6(1)(b)). Keeping records is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Who we share your data with

Casa Sole – Agenzia Immobiliare Casasole di Melani Giorgio, Via Cassia Nuova 31, 01027 Montefiascone (VT), Italy, VAT number IT02382230569. Casa Sole is an independent data controller and will inform you about its own processing. Its data protection contact is info@casasole.com.

Service providers – web hosting and email providers in the European Union that store data on our behalf and follow our instructions.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Your data is not transferred outside the European Union.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact. If an enquiry leads to a purchase or service, we keep the date, name and contact details of the enquiry until the settlements between Disaier OÜ and Casa Sole are completed. Accounting documents are kept for the period required by law.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• ask what data we hold about you;
• have your data corrected or deleted;
• restrict or object to the use of your data;
• receive your data in a machine-readable format;
• withdraw your consent at any time.

To do so, write to info@disaier.ee. We reply within one month. If you believe we have violated your rights, you can contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).

7. Cookies

The website uses only essential cookies:

• pll_language – remembers your chosen language (1 year);
• WordPress login cookies – only for site administrators.

We do not use Google Analytics, the Facebook pixel or any other tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from our own server. If you click an Idealista link, Idealista’s own terms apply.
